Error types

Each entry below is a dereferenceable RFC 7807 type URL emitted in the Tenix MCP envelope error frames.

• /auth/forbidden — Forbidden: Your account is not authorized for the requested action.
• /auth/unauthenticated — Unauthenticated: The request did not include a valid access token.

• /tool/circuit_open — Circuit Open: A downstream dependency is temporarily unavailable.
• /tool/not_found — Tool Not Found: The requested tool name is not available.
• /tool/timeout — Tool Timeout: The tool invocation timed out or was rate-limited.

• /query/rls_denied — Access Denied: The query was blocked by a data-access safeguard.
• /query/statement_timeout — Statement Timeout: The query took too long and was stopped.
• /query/tenant_missing — Missing Organization Context: Your session is missing its organization context.
